a. Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are only applicable on or before 25th of every month. Billing will be done on the 30th of every month.
b. Valid Refund Reasons:
Refunds will be considered for technical issues that prevent the normal use of the software. There will be strictly no refund in cases where the account is terminated or suspended or blocked by Cappitall Want Network for activities that are in violation of our Terms of Service.
c. Refund Request Process:
Customers must submit a detailed refund request via e-mail within the specified refund period. The request should include a clear description of the issue and any supporting documentation.
d. Refund Approval Process:
Refund requests will be reviewed & processed within 7 business days. Cappitall Want Network reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the merit of the case.
e. Refund Payment Method:
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
